Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, and Damaged Items Policy

Returns & Exchanges

To initiate a return or exchange, please email returns@legacysaddles.com for authorization and return instructions.

⚠ Do NOT send returns or exchanges to our main office—doing so may result in lost packages and additional shipping costs. The correct return address will be provided in your return authorization email.

We accept returns within 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered.

Exchanges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but we will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item.
  • Exchange items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, provided that:

  • Items are shipped back within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, even if a discount code was used for free shipping.
  • Customers must obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) before shipping items back. Contact returns@legacysaddles.com to receive your RMA# and return instructions.
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and is non-refundable. When possible we can provide return shipping service at the lowest price we can get and deduct it from your return refund.

Item Condition

  • Items must be unused, with no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or horsehair.
  • Original packaging and tags must be included.
  • Certain special order saddle colors may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled at any time before shipping with no cancellation fee.
  • Once an order has shipped, our standard return or exchange policy applies.
  • If an order is backordered or unavailable for more than 90 days, customers may request a full refund with no cancellation fee.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged:

  1. Note the damage when signing for delivery.
  2. Email returns@legacysaddles.com with photos of the damage.
  3. Follow the return process for damaged items.
  • We will replace damaged items with the exact same model, color, and size.
  • Shipping coverage for damaged items may depend on the manufacturer’s policy.
