Shipping Information

At Legacy Saddles, we’re committed to making sure your order arrives quickly, safely, and with clear communication every step of the way. Currently, Legacy Saddles ships orders via FedEx, UPS or the United States Postal Service within the continental United States only.

Free Shipping
• Orders over $100 ship free within the continental United States.

• Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the minimum amount — no code required.

Standard Shipping Rates• 
For orders under $100, flat-rate shipping charges apply:
• Orders up to $50 → $14.35

• Orders $50.01 – $99.99 → $19.25

Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.

• We then reach out to our suppliers to confirm the item is in stock and available for immediate shipment.

• If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you by email.

• If your item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process your payment and prepare your order for shipping.

Order Shipment
• If your order is in stock and charges have been processed, it will ship within five business days from the order date.

• Tracking information will be emailed to you within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

• If you do not receive tracking information within six business days, please follow up with us at orders@legacysaddles.com.

Processing & Delivery Times
• Typical delivery is 3–7 business days once shipped, depending on your location and carrier.

• Saddles and oversized items may require additional handling time. If this occurs, we’ll notify you promptly.
